Cwmpeini
Cwmpeini is a bilingual person-centred support service, with support available to include:
- Reminiscence - Fun sessions especially for persons living with dementia
- Me time - Delivering much-needed short respite breaks for unpaid carers
- Trips out - Outings in the car to a café or a visit to a local beach
- Befriending - A chat at home over a cuppa
- Shopping - Providing support with regular shopping
- Confidence building - Supporting you to regain your confidence
- Socialising - Attending local social groups and community events
- Paperwork - Support with paperwork and appointments
The Cwmpeini service is dementia friendly and inclusive.
